Is there not a way to change the number of a numbered divider or to "trick" it into restarting with 1 again on the same page? I want to have multiple sets of these within one page, so say three sets of 1-5, but can only currently get it to do 1-15.
Don't see a workaround to the limitation -- aside from an egregious kludge like using screen-captured pictures of the numbered dividers (rather than the actual built-in numbered dividers). Which kind of "works" but would be labor-intensive and pretty ridiculous. Articulate should just make configurable the numbering (or lettering, sequence-symbol-ing, etc.), maybe along the lines of ordered list HTML attribute.
In one of the examples I found online, the number divider had a string of number which jumped the learner to numbered section. How do I do this? Does it have to be within the same section?
Also, I am fairly certain that the numbering did restart when I first added the second set of numbers, but later on it changed to one continuous series of numbers

Yes, +1, would be really helpful as I use the numbers for knowledge checks and numbered sections in a lesson, can't use for both, so usually use for setting up the knowledge checks. Thank you.

Hi Nicole,
That's a neat idea, and I can understand how that would make life easier. I think it would be worth telling our product team about it here!
In case you're wondering, here's how we manage all of the ideas we receive!
Thanks Ashley, will do!
This would definitely be helpful as I am encountering this now with creating a segmented lesson.

Thanks, Chet and Liesa - we're continuing to keep an eye on this feature and we'll let you know if it makes the roadmap!

Hi Judy,
Do you have a link to the example that you saw? That may be helpful so that someone can assist you :)

+1 here too.
Thanks for your +1's, folks!
+1 here. 2 years old post. Wondering why this hasn't happened yet...
How do I number the dividers pls, they all read "1"for me
Hi there, Dave. Your numbered dividers should automatically order themselves from top to bottom. What browser are you using?
Hi Crystal,
Thanks for that, Google Chrome.
Best Wishes,
Dave
Think I have it. They only number in one lesson, you cannot number each lesson
understand previous posts now better lol
Oh good, Dave. Thanks for bridging the gap! 😄
Perhaps you could simulate a continuous numbered list from lesson to lesson by using center-aligned heading text. Let us know what you decide to do!

I would also love the ability to change the number presented on the numbered divider. +1 for this! Has there been any traction on this at all?
Thanks for checking in, Sarah! Nothing new to share, yet. We'll let you know if we add this in the future!
+1
Alyssa - Just checking to see if we can change the number presented in the number divider?
