I have created a Storyline Block featuring several videos, I noticed that when I preview the videos inside of Storyline the picture quality seems normal. However, when I publish my Storyline block to Articulate Review and then add that block to my Rise course all my videos seem blurry. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so does anyone know how I can work around this? I would hate to just drop my videos directly into Rise as I've spent a good deal of time building my SL block, many thanks in advance!
It could be that the video is scaling down to fit inside the Storyline block frame, which could cause bluriness. Do you notice an improvement if you adjust the Storyline block width to Medium or Full Width?
Also, did you remove the Storyline player to give the slide itself more space to expand?
