You can use the Ctrl + P option to print each page of the course or save it as a PDF. Adam recorded a nice demo of this using Peek here, right around the 1:05 mark. I hope this helps!
I have noticed how printing is not optimal for lessons in Rise. I've told my stakeholders printing isn't really the point but I and they and our customers still expected to have it print like a webpage. Printing each individual page isn't going to meet their expectations. Are there any other options for making these lessons print better? Thanks!
We've heard from a few folks that they also need to be able to print out a copy of their Rise course, so we have shared that with our team! We've got the feature on the roadmap, but we don't have an ETA yet.
Once we have an update on that, we'll share here to keep you posted!
Printing is an important function for course updates in my office! I have directors of several departments who have to review their content annually for updates (changes in laws, regulations, etc) and it's not feasible to ask them to interact in the Articulate environment. An easy way to generate a printable document (even like what is created in Storyline) would be immensely helpful.
Thanks for sharing that here Whitney, we know that printing is an important feature for folks - so it's on our list to take a look at and we'll keep you posted here once we have a bit more information!
Dear Alyssa, Unfortunately only a cropped portion of the course is printed, just one a4 page. All the rest cannot be printed and is not seen in a preview of the print dialog. How is it possible to print the whole long chapter then? Do you have the estimated time when the print-to-PDF will also be fixed so it does not chop the images between pages? Many thanks!
I am having the same problem, even if the page can be scrolled in its entirety, it will only print a portion, or a "Rise selected" cropped portion of the page. What can I do on my end? Is there an additional setting I need to enable to make this possible? In my case, block lessons are not being printed with all elements. Thank you!
I know our team is looking into a few issues with how the Rise PDF prints out, so it would be helpful to know which lesson or blocks are cropped on your end.
Also, if you're able to share any screenshots, examples or even copy of the PDF here, I am happy to take a look!
I love this new feature; however, I am also having issues with the way the PDFs are printing. Per your previous requests, I have attached a link to the Rise course and the PDF. You can see that the flashcard stack does not show all of the content that is listed. I am also finding that blank pages are being randomly added (this one has one at the end) or images are being slightly cut off at the bottom and a sliver of it is on the next page with nothing else.
Like I said, I love this new feature so please let me know if you need any other information to help resolve the issues.
Thanks, Nicole! I can see how the flashcards are cut off on the bottom -- that's definitely not ideal! I'll share this example with my team. I appreciate your help with this!
I found a workaround solution. If you load the course in your chrome browser and download the chrome add on called web developer you are able to untick CSS and the course comes up without styling and can be printed. Thank me later peeps!
Brad - would you mind sharing a few more details on how this is done with the add-on? I have had requests for hard copies of my Rise courses as well and the Export PDF is cropping incorrectly as others above can attest.

This would be more than just handy! Especially for colleagues who don't have access to a computer!
Pleased to hear that a print feature is going to happen, this will be a much-used feature when it lands.
Hi all,
Today's new feature in Rise: Export as PDF! Take a look at Arlyn's post on it here. You can also find instructions in this tutorial.

Hi Irina!
It sounds like some of your lessons aren't appearing correctly in the PDF document, is that right?
What kinds of lessons are getting cut off in the PDF -- blocks lessons or pre-built lessons?
Would you be willing to share the PDF document and the Rise "Share" link with me so I can compare the course with the printed document?

Hi Ashley,
Is this feature being released in the near future?
Thanks!
Hello, Diseñador!
A few moths ago, we introduced Export as PDF to Rise! Take a look at Arlyn's post on it here. You can also find instructions in this tutorial.

Hi,
Any update on when printing functionality might be available?
Hi,
Export your course as a PDF and print it from there.
The PDF export is somewhat messy, but does the job for the most part.
Hello. Has this been done yet - an easy way to print all Rise pages at once?
Hi Shana,
Go to the Export page and choose to export as PDF.
Print the PDF.
