I am trying without success to upload a film to my e-learning, created in Rise.
It is not too big (475,891 KB). It is an MP4 video, which I think is theoretically allowed (right?). I am using a suitable browser (Google Chrome)
But I just can't upload the film without reaching the end of the process and meeting the error message "There was an issue uploading, please try again" (please see attachment for a print-screen of the error message.
Hi there, Jo. Thanks for those details - both the file type and the browser are supported. Could you share your video file with us privately for testing? We'll delete your files when we're done troubleshooting.
I just came to check the status of this but can't find my reply to your message anywhere. I did reply a couple of days ago, with a copy of the film. Did you see that reply? Or should I send everything again?
