Exporting for LMS the sample Employee Health and Wellness Rise 360 course, the import into SabaCloud of the Articulate-produced zip file failed (tried with SCORM 1.2, 2004, and xAPI).
However, after extracting the course files and then manually re-zipping with Windows->Send to compressed folder, the import was successful.
Hi! My client have a problem with importing scorm 1.2 training (generated in Rise 360) to Saba Cloud. Have you had some info about similar issues? What can i do?
Hi Michal, do you have attachments in your Rise course that have special characters in the filename such as "ü"? If so, this could be causing the error message you are getting when uploading your file to Saba Cloud. Saba does not allow any such special characters in the manifest file - only "English" characters are supported. I hope this helps!

Hello, Randy. Thanks for sharing that workaround.
Have you noticed only recently that the Rise 360 export isn't working as is when trying to upload to SabaCloud?
Wow! Thank you for sharing Randy. This had us in a flat spin.
