I am looking for a suitable computer program to translate the XLIFF file. Does anyone here have experience with good programs that could recommend to me? It would be very important that this is a computer program and not a web-based application.
I am looking for this same thing. I would be really nice to get a list of software recommendations from Articulate with programs that actually work.
I WAS able to open the XLIFF files in Dreamweaver, but my the people I have doing the translations do not know how to read HTML. It would be really nice to have this feature built into RISE or be able to export out into some other more user friendly format for translation.
Hi Kate! While we don't recommend translation tools, you'll want to look for one specifically for XLIFF files to translate your course. Lots of folks in the community have had success with a free tool called SmartCat, so you may want to give that one a try!
