I relaunch the topic created by Toby (HERE), because I'm facing the same issue as he did several months ago . I proceeded to the test on SCORM Cloud. It works there with a specific warning related to the publishing settings (see the attached screen capture). So every new publishing evolve the metadata of manifest that is considered as bloking by our LMS system. Could you, please, have a look ?
