Reporting error in Loop Pathway - export to scorm settings

Looking for a bit of advice here from anyone experienced RISE 360 scorm file exporting settings. We are exporting Version 2004 1.4 and running into a reporting error when the user fails the test/course in a Looop pathway. Does anyone have any advice or direction about how to fix this?

It was actually that objective that contained the questions that is flagged as failed:

"objectiveSuccess": "FAILED"
