Rise 360 courses only work after "Reload Frame"

Hey folks,
Wondering whether anybody has already run into this issue. We use NetDimensions Talent Suite as our LMS and so far have been uploading SCORM HTML5 packages generated by Adobe Captivate - all working fine.
We do want to move to Rise 360 and are really excited by the look & feel + ease of creating content but have an issue whereby when we export out of Rise as Scorm 1.2 and then upload as a content package on our LMS, it launches into a white screen only.
When I then right-click and select "Reload Frame" it opens as expected and works as expected including all comms with our LMS, which is fab (in Chrome, does not work in IE). This not something I can expect every user to do though. Has anybody run into this before?
Whilst on the white page, if I hit ??? I'm getting this as output if that's of any use to anybody - i'm not sure what I'm looking at really.

Hugely appreciate any insight, it's a blocker for us at the moment.

I've done a little more testing. If I select xAPI (tin can) export then the course plays w/o having to reload frame, but does not track completion on either page views or quiz completion. So back to Scorm 1.2 then - which works great from a tracking perspective, other the fact that the course does not start playing w/o actively reloading the frame.
Any insights greatly appreciated

Thanks for checking out Rise 360, and I'm sorry to hear you're running into a blank page in your LMS!
A great way to answer that question, "Is it my output, or is it the LMS?" is to test with SCORM Cloud. If it works properly on SCORM Cloud, it's a good indication that the issue is in the LMS.

Following. Also seeing this issue. Rise content works fine when a dispatch from SCORM Cloud is used ... but my company is particular about externally hosted content.
