I have been working on a course and it timed-out saying that I should refresh when I refresh it says I am off-line, but I am not. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
This is two days in a row at approximately the same time. Is everything ok at Articulate? Can we rely on your normal (extremely reliable) up time from this point forward. Many of us are working with deadlines and are giving stakeholders demonstrations along the way.
Agreed Randy. I've only just recently started using Rise regularly in my client projects (and offering it as an option to them) because I needed to see that it was a stable app being that it's web based. I'm now in the middle of a major project with an upcoming deadline and having it go down for two days (even just part days) in a row significantly impacts my ability to deliver for my clients. I build buffer into my project timelines but two major outages in the same number of days isn't something I would normally plan for.
Articulate - can you give us more reassurance that this issue is being dealt with and that measures are being put in place to avoid outages in the future?
Hello, Egor. I'm really sorry to hear this. I'd like us to have a closer look at what happened in your course, and I'm starting a case for us to communicate. I'll share relevant findings for folks here, too.
To help, we're drafting an explanation of this incident and our response to it, and we'll share it once it's ready. I know this downtime had an impact on your work, and I want to make sure you feel comfortable authoring in Rise 360 going forward.
Thank you Crystal. I appreciate that Articulate is responding and providing some explanations. Openness is important in these situations. I look forward to seeing the statement.
As promised, we've shared additional details about the Rise 360 outages on March 23 and 24. Please let me know if I can help further. Have a good week!
Thank you Crystal for link. As an active customer for over 10 years, I appreciate the transparency and the reliability you folks are known for. I still choose Articulate as my "go-to" tool for training development and online communications.

It seems I've lost one hour of my work due to the outage :-(
The chapter in the course was 100% completed and two hours later I found half of my changes has gone.

Rise share links seems to be timing out

Hi again, Tobiloba! Are you using share links to embed Rise 360 content inside an iframe on your website? If so, that option is no longer available. You can read more about that change in this article.
Let me know if you have any questions about that!
I am currently having this issue and am not experiencing any issues with other web services.
