Rise 360 Issue - Block Issue

I added a block from the "Block Template" part of Rise.  Rise started to add the block then it froze.  It is stuck on  "Inserting Template".  I tried the following and it is still stuck:

• Clicking cancel.
• Closing and restarting Rise.
• Closing and restarting my web browser
• Restarting my computer.
• When I put Rise into preview, it shows "Unknown type: pending pending" where the block should be.
