I have created and course and questions in Rise 360 and published it as a LMS to upload to Moodle 4.0
What I want to happen is when students pass the quiz in my RISE course (which I have published on my Moodle page) I want Moodle to mark that activity as completed but I have having issues that it is not marking that as completed.
Is there any help out there that would give me a dummys guide or best practices on how to do this?
You'll want to make sure that you're tracking completion using a Rise 360 quiz when publishing your course:
If you're already using this tracking option, try testing how your course behaves in a different LMS to see if the issue is specific to Moodle. You can use SCORM Cloud for this test. If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at your course.
