Rise 360 translation import issues

I have been trying to import my transltated .xlf to the copy of training, but I get an error message: Import failed. I have been trying this for the past three days. The translation company has sent me new versions of their translation, but all have had the same error message. I have made a copy of the training, exported the .xlf and sent to the translators, and they have sent back their translation file.
