Rise 360 - Video Error

Hi,

I'm currently experiencing the same error. Whenever I try to launch my video on a Rise 360 course I created it is giving me the following error:

The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

My video format is mp4. Can someone please help me?

Hello Andre. For most cases when this error appears, you can delete the video block and add it back in. Try exporting the course again when you do.

If that doesn't work, could you privately share your course and video file with us by clicking here? we'll have a closer look and see how we can help! We delete everything when we're done troubleshooting.
