Rise content won't load (SCORM package)

Good morning! A few of our users (some in the US and some in India) are not able to access our Rise course content on our LMS. When they try to open the course (SCORM package), they get a blank screen. They have cleared cookies, allowed popups, used an incognito window, tried many browsers, and aren't using extensions. It doesn't seem to be an issue with our LMS nor with the SCORM package (I've checked in a SCORM test environment) Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!

Did you ever replace or update the course in your LMS? If so, that could be the cause of the blank screen some learners are seeing.

If you did update or replace the course, try using the Reset Learner Progress option on the LMS export page in Rise 360. This feature allows learners to view the updated content, and their progress will be reset. They should not see a blank screen when you enable that option.
