I'm having issues with a course created using Rise not launching in IE11. I see the screen "Your Course is loading. Hang tight" but it hangs up there. I don't have that issue in other browsers.
Hi Brad. Just circling back to see if this problem is continuing for you? If so you may want to make sure that IE11 isn't running in compatibility mode, as I've seen some reports of issues with that. If that doesn't seem to be the source of the problem, please let me know so we can get you into a support case.
Hi Brad. Sorry to hear those suggestions didn't pan out. I just opened up a support case on your behalf. You should hear from a member of our team shortly.
I seem to be having a similar issue with Rise. It actually wont even launch. When I hit launch on the articulate 360 window, it opens the IE page and looks like its loading and then it closes my browser.
I am having this same issue. I tried the solution mentioned in this thread, but the course is still hanging up on that loading screen. Has this been solved?
Hi Sam! I see that you're getting some help exploring the LMS environment from my colleague, Sheila. Great move. Feel free to share the resolution here with others!

Trina,
Thanks for following up. I've tried both of the suggestions on the linked page and still no luck.

Hi Vania. Have you checked to make sure IE 11 isn't running in compatibility mode? If you've checked that and it's not the culprit, I'd suggest opening up a support case here so our team can take a closer look.
