Anyone else having issues with Rise course in CSOD? The course loads and launches to the main page but when I click on start course it just goes to a blank white screen. I know the issue is a CSOD issue as the exact same course works fine in scorm cloud. Just curious if anyone else is seeing this issue.
I'm running into the exact same problem. I'm also using CSOD. However, I'm using it in Google Chrome, as my Storyline blocks tend to crash when accessed in IE.
I went ahead and tried it in IE just now, with CSOD.com on and off of the Compatibility View list. I ran into the same issue regardless.
I appreciate any suggestions you can offer for resolving this issue!
Have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet? If so, are you getting the same results? We generally compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out Rise 360 issues versus LMS issues. We are happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your output file here!

Does this problem happen in any web browser, or in one particular web browser?
If you're using Internet Explorer, try turning off Compatibility View for Cornerstone. Let me know if that makes a difference!
