Is anybody else experiencing this problem? My Rise course won't load and gets caught in on the "course loading" screen. My colleague is having a similar issue.
Sorry you're getting stuck! All systems are operational on our end. What web browser are you using to access rise.articulate.com? Do you notice an improvement if you close and reopen the browser window?
I have the same problem, I've cleared my cache and my history, but the course still won't load. This course does have a storyline component. I am able to open my other course.
Hi Isabel! Which browser and browser versions have you tried? Could you please check if you're using the latest browser version and try using that browser's Safe Mode/Incognito mode?
If you still have trouble after trying different browsers, we'd like to take a closer look at your course itself. You can submit a case here, and share the course with us privately.
I have the same problem. My RISE is not working since yesterday. It takes 15-20 mins to login and after login no course is opening. Course is only loading and after sometime it shows timeout.

On January 12, 2022, I am having issues where Rise cannot upload my lessons or shared courses. I attached an image to display the error message. Could anyone assist me in resolving this bug?
Yep, same here. Was working on a project and it kept coming up with an error box saying 'Something went wrong'. So I closed down and opened again and now it will not load.
Same. I tried duplicating a course with two longish videos and then got that issue. Hope I didn't break the Internet. :-) Also, got a deadline looming large.

Also please clarify is there a problem opening rise on mac?

I have the same issue. Loading and nothing happens. Then finally "Something went wrong" message appears.
