I have a very short course in Rise that won't mark complete when closed. There is no quiz in the course and I've changed the amount of content needed to be viewed to be marked complete to 0% so they should get it marked complete just by opening it. Any assistance you could provide would be great!
Thanks for reaching out! Looks like you're trying to make the course semi-optional if the user can close the course at the start. Though Rise 360 communicates completion and progress to the LMS, this happens at the end of a lesson, end of a quiz, and end of the course. When tracking a specific percentage of the course, this is measured per lesson and is satisfied when the last required lesson is completed.
The learner will need to complete at least 1 lesson in order for your LMS to detect it as complete. You can create a simple 1 block lesson, as the first lesson, so when users start and scroll it will be marked as complete.
