Hi: I have used the custom labels in Rise before. However, it seems to have stopped working. The custom text for Start Course is set to Start but the opening page still has Start Course when previewing.
Ashley - If you are still working there, can you please tell me why this issue hasn't been fixed 5 years on? Oi. Rise 360 - this bug is still there. Plus other issues. So many issues, so much missing functionality that so many people have requested for years. (I read the forums looking for solutions, but they never occur.) Developers are my bread and butter, so I'm knowledgeable about development time. Are you waiting to do one big, massive release, or what? My enormous project can't wait. Pam
Sorry, this is a time waster. My team has 1000's of pages to change into online learning. If I have to keep going back and forth to ensure my buttons look right, then it will eat up a lot of my time. If it appears incorrectly in Edit mode, then it should also appear correctly (as I set it) in Edit mode. This is a quick change and doesn't take many dev hours to fix/test/release.

Hi Pamela,
We use custom label sets for all of our courses, and they work perfectly.
What exactly is not working for you?

Hi Pamela,
Note that if you are using a custom label set for your course, that the label changes will not appear in Edit mode.
You will only see the custom label set working when you preview the course, use the Share link, or publish the course to a LMS.

FYI - I just did a preview - my custom labels did not apply. Nothing changed. Now... how do I fix that???
Hi Pamela,
Open a Tech Support case here https://articulate.com/support/contact
This is sad - we just purchased this app a few weeks ago... so much is missing. Sigh
This just started happening to me today. I submitted a ticket.
I also had an issue with custom labels not displaying what I changed it to, and submitted a ticket.
Custom labels do not appear in Edit mode.
You will only see your custom labels in Preview Mode or once the course has been published.
Yes, however, I'm not seeing them in preview mode, Review 360 or when published to web.
Hi Melanie,
Then you did the right thing to open a Tech Support case.
Articulate technical support suggested a workaround, which worked for me - I duplicated the text label.
