Rise End Quotation Mark Always One Line Below

Hi: Whenever editing a quote in Rise, the end quotation mark is always one line below and the only way to fix it is to delete the quote and then copy and paste the whole quote again in the edit mode. In the example below, all I did was remove a block of text - you can see that the end quote is the row below.
