Have problems with RISE courses but unsure of issue, have tried course in x2 LMS system and in Scormcloud, the course has been tried in both 1.2 and 2004.
Within RISE on preview the courses will go through to assessment score screen, however in a live LMS environment you can go through whole course and answer all 10 questions, on question 10 clicking the submit button does nothing, the course will just sit there until you close broswer then no data is recorded in LMS.
Have attached course example

Hi Ben,
Thanks for sharing the Rise export here - that helped us easily see the same issue you're describing. I'm sorry this has slowed you down and our team is looking into this now. I'll share any updates here with you!
Great ty, keen to get this course out to a number of employees but stumped at moment, if it helps started creation of this course in the trial version then continued once account had been upgraded. not sure if has had any impact.
Thanks Ben - the team isn't seeing this as a widespread issue, so it's something within that course that they're digging into. I don't think the trial and now subscription piece is connected - but it'd be good to know if you're seeing this on any other courses or just this one?
Hi Ben,
Just checking back in and it would be really helpful to have a bit more information from you while we're looking at this:
If there is anything else about your course creation process that you're able to share that would help too!
Hi Ben,
Just following back up as my colleague mentioned that another team member of yours shared that you were able to track down the culprit! Looks like there was a blank lesson on the top of your Rise list and once deleted the quiz started working normally again.
Happy to hear that!
Hi Ben,
I know you figured out the issue with your course on your own, but I wanted to let you know that our team has also implemented a fix for the behavior so that you won't run into it again if you had a blank lesson.
Let us know if you need anything else!
