Rise not completing properly within our LMS

Hello,

We are currently looking to migrate from Captivate to Rise 360 to allow more of our team to create inductions & toolbox talks, we are a construction company. We use an industry specific LMS called Smartek. We have created a couple of sample inductions, a few pages of content and a small quiz. As per our LMS we export to SCORM 2004. You can complete the induction within the LMS and it will report that you have completed it and are competent. The issue is normally at the end of the induction where the inductee is instructed to scoll to the top of the page and click the LMS's "Finish" button, this then takes them to there induction menu. With the Rise file it actually takes them back to a page within the induction, the quiz results page. We have added an Exit the course (LMS only) button which brings up a message BYE, you may leave this page, and the "Finish" button still takes you to the quiz results page. I  have attached 2 error messages sent by our LMS provider. The file works on SCORM Cloud. Interestingly the LMS provider uses Storyline when they are developing content on behalf of their clients with no problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
