I am trying to upload a RISE SCORM module to my Learndash LMS using Uncanny, and when I do, the module won't preview, and when I try to take the course and click on the scorm player window (The OPEN button) it just greys out the screen.
I tried renaming the index file as story as indicated in another thread but no dice.
Hi Jason! I'm not familiar with how the Uncanny tool works, but renaming the index file to story applies to different software (Storyline).
What LMS standard did you use to publish your Rise course? Is it supported by your LMS, Learndash? Have you reached out to your LMS admin regarding this issue? You can also test your published course at SCORM Cloud and compare the results with your LMS. Learn more about using SCORM Cloud to troubleshoot LMS issues.
