My team and I have noticed that Rise is slow to respond and then becomes unresponsive. We have tried all the steps you have sent previously (clearing cache, restarting, etc.). Is there anything else we can do?
This has been going on all week, I have had at least a half dozen times where it will crash completely either Rise360 or Review360. Beyond that like Jenn mentioned it offend spins without doing anything or has the "Page Unresponsive" notices which I am receiving dozens of per day at this point.
I'm not having any of the issues you are describing, so it's not a general Rise problem.
Looking at the screenshot you attached, there is a security policy that is blocking access to certain web sites because they have been classified as unsafe.
Hi Tricia, Jenn, and Britton! So sorry to hear that Rise is slow to respond and becomes unresponsive on your end. From the screenshot, It looks like something is blocking Rise access.
Can you ask your IT department to add these highlighted endpoints to the allowlist.
If that does not solve the issue, kindly open a case with us here so that one of our technical support engineers can work with you direcly.

Yes, Tricia is correct. If there isn't a "Page Unresponsive" notice, then the page spins over and over. We are using a team license.

In trying the steps provided by Articulate chat it somehow got worse, the course displayed like this.
Also one of our co-workers has tried to post to this thread and its being marked as reported and removed each time.
I tried accessing Rise from my personal license and on my person laptop and still received the unresponsive page notice.
