I'm assuming that you can only access the Content Library- images and video from Studio and Storyline, correct? I want to use them in Rise. I am able to save images from Storyline in a folder and then put in Rise, but I don't see a way to do that for the videos in the Content Library.
The content library videos are for use within Storyline or Studio. We're are working on the integration of the stock images from Content Library for use in Rise - and that'll include photos, illustrations and icons. We're still targeting later this quarter for that feature so I'll keep you posted.
Thanks for reaching out and let us know if you need anything else!
I'm excited to let you know that you can now add Content Library photos and illustrations to your Rise lessons. You can search Content Library right from within Rise and add images with one click.
Was there something specific you saw in a Content Library template that you'd like to use in Rise? That would help me point you in the right direction!
Rise is built around templates for the way content is laid out and structured so that it can be truly responsive. The templates that you're seeing in Content Library are designed for use with Storyline and/or Studio.
No -- My client was asking because he saw the templates on the Articulate 360 site and got all excited about using them! It would be nice to have some flexibility, tho -- rather than the one standard RISE layout.
Hi Leslie. Silly question, but I've created a Rise course with a few embedded youtube videos.
I've then exported my course to Moodle, and while everything works fine on the web, when I access the course via our LMS mobile app, the Youtube video embed gives the old "Error: File not found" message.
Yes, I'd agree that the Moodle app is the likely culprit. Have you had a chance to reach out to Moodle's support team to see if they have any insight on this?

Check out Adam's post (including a video) here.
Awesome. Thank you!
How about the templates in the Content Library? I don't see a way to use them in RISE -- is it possible?

Thank you for confirming!
No problem, Ann. 🙂
I'd love to know more about the customizations you'd like to see - those are always great things to share as a Feature request here.
What is the status of videos from the content library being inserted into Rise?
Hi Mark
Until that feature has been added, follow this:

Hello,
Am I able to download images from the Rise content library to edit and re-upload?
Hi Laura,
Content Library assets are designed to be used exclusively in 360 apps. Here is a link to the Terms of Service in case that's helpful.
Downloading and editing the images has come up a few times and it would be great if you'd share your thoughts and use case with our team here.

Are you aware of a way to work around this issue?
Hi Lesego,
It sounds like your course is working fine from a desktop computer, but you're having trouble viewing embedded videos from the Moodle mobile app.
Have you tried opening the course from your mobile browser, like Safari or Chrome? If so, do the embedded videos play correctly there?
Hi Alyssa
Thanks for the reply.
I have tested in mobile browser and it works perfectly fine there.
Does that suggest its more of a Moodle mobile issue?
Hi Lesego,

Hi Alyssa
Nyet, but unto the breach I GO.
Thanks for the help so far
