RISE360 Issues

We are using RISE360 for a course uploaded to our LMS. We continue to get issues with students saving their work and assessments, only to loose it all. It virtually takes them back to the beginning of the course. I have activated the 'save and exit' button, but it doesn't seem to work all the time for them. In addition, some save and when they log back into the course, all the previous lessons assessments are mark not completed, however they are almost completed the course. (I hope that makes sense) Lastly, there seems to be issues with people using iPhone and iPad devices. The App switcher has the portal still open in the backend. Thus creating many open pages.

Hi Craig! One way to confirm if your courses are working is to upload and test them in SCORM Cloud, an industry standard for LMS testing.  If your course works in SCORM Cloud, it's safe to assume that it is an issue with your LMS.  If you see the same behavior when viewing your course in SCORM Cloud, please let us know, and we'll be happy to dig deeper on the issue.

As for viewing your courses using iPhone and iPad devices, you mentioned using App switcher.  Do you view your courses using a mobile app for your LMS? We recommend viewing your course using supported browsers on mobile devices. There isn't a supported mobile app for viewing Rise courses.
