RISE_Need help troubleshooting a file.

I have a 4 module RISE course. On the first offering, there was smooth sailing. On subsequent offerings, participants have been unable to access module 4 via the LMS (SAP SuccessFactors). I have attached an image of the error message they receive. I have also attached 3 versions (due to changes in course content) of the module, none of which open for participants.  Would you please take a look and see if you can spot source(s) of the problem? I am also tracking down the first version of that module--the one that worked--to send your way. Many thanks!

Hi Peggy,

I had a look at the error message you attached and I'm a little confused. It looks like it's referencing a PDF and not a Rise course... could that be the problem?

If not, I would try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior.

That's what we generally recommend doing to determine whether the problem stems from the course or the LMS. Here's an article that walks you through how to do that.

If it works correctly on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is coming from the LMS and you'll need to talk to your provider.

If you see the same issue on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is likely coming from the course itself. If that's the case, please reach out to our support team.
