I can confirm that the answer selection needs to be unique in a Rise matching quiz question. If we make any changes to this in the future, we'll be sure to update you!
In the meantime, as a workaround, I would suggest building the question in Storyline 360 where more quiz options are present. Once it's been created, it can then be added to your Rise lesson as a Storyline block.

It's not possible to do this in Rise. The matches need to be unique.
I see others have asked for this. It appears it can be done in Storyline 360 but should be a consideration for improvement in Rise 360.
