Hi all, relatively new Articulate 360 user here. Up until this point I have been the only person in my organisation to have a license but we are starting to add other users so I am interested in this thread.
My understanding is that you can collaborate on Rise 360 content and create/edit courses at the same time. Is the issue here that where you have a large number of courses you need to add team members/collaborators for each course individually, and having a shared team folder would avoid that?
I'm interested to understand this as we move to adding other Articulate users.
You can create and edit different lessons in a course at the same time or take turns fine-tuning the same content. Collaborative authoring is exclusively available to Articulate 360 Teams.
We are still tracking requests for shared team folders in Rise. I can add you to the list so that you'll get notified if we receive any updates or make any changes that will help.
Roadmaps traditionally include timelines so the users have an idea when to expect the feature. It would be useful and respectful to include this, even if only approximate.
I am sorry, but we don't have a timeline for our roadmaps. But historically, we often release updates to Rise 360 a couple of times per month, as seen in this article. Rest assured, we will update this thread if we hear new updates from our team about this feature.
I wonder if we are not missing the point of Rise. Is Rise a microtransaction game where you have to spend money on every little thing? Should we pay extra for the course and folder management system? If so, where?

Hi Stephen,
Questions regarding the roadmap timelines should be directed to Articulate to answer, and not to me.

Adding in another request for these features!
+1 for shared folders!!
Great to see this in the roadmap and looking forward to its arrival!
when are the shared folders gonna become available to us? It's been "up next" in the feature map for over 3 months now.
+1 for shared folders
Please add my vote to this request.
Is there a training video on sharing folders with teams?
Not sure this functionality is available just yet. It looks like it's still on their roadmap here:
