I've created some Software Sims in Storyline360, published them to Review360 and then imported them into a Rise360 training I am creating by using the Interactive > Storyline Block feature.
When I preview the content on both Desktop/Laptop and Tablet mode, the Software Sim works. However, when I preview on the Phone Views (either landscape or portrait), the Software Sim does not work, as shown in the attached screenshot.
Is this a known issue caused by the resolution of my recording (e.g. not 16:9 or 4:3), or by something else?
Hi there, Coleman! There's no issue with your content. The responsive preview mode won't play Storyline blocks using the mobile landscape or portrait views. You can check out the FAQs here for more detail.
Your best bet will be to send yourself a Share link so you can test how that content will appear on your mobile. I hope that helps!

Thank you @Crystal Horn! I should have tried that first; Sending myself a link and trying the Software Sims there worked perfectly!

I completely agree with that, Duncan. Testing on different devices as well as browsers is a great way to check if there are any compatibility issues.
