We are relatively new to building Storyline Blocks within Rise. We have noticed that when we go to Tablet or Phone view the Storyline interaction shows a play button. Is this normal? In Tablet view the interaction will display after selecting the Play button but it does not work in the Phone view. Thoughts?
This is pretty normal, especially if your SCORM file starts with audio/movement before the user clicks anything. I've gotten around it by creating a new first slide that mimics the audio/movement slide and prompting a click of some sort which leads to the second slide. If you keep this transition-free it can come across as pretty flawless. That said, I do believe that some browsers may show the simple play icon no matter what is in the SCORM.

Thanks, Holley! Spot on. Storyline blocks won't preview in the Rise 360 phone view, but you can use the Share URL to test on a smartphone.
