Storyline line chapter imported in Rise

Hi there, I have imported a storyline chapter into rise but when people are sitting the course the screen has a black cloud over it and the 3 dots, as if it it refreshing. We can still click on the hotspots but I don't know what I need to do so the back screen & dots go. I have another 2 storyline chapters included in my storyline course but they don't do this. Any advice? Thank you

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Storyline block.
If you haven't already, please check that your Storyline version is updated. Once updated, please try inserting a new copy of your Storyline block.
