Hi, I really like the available Rise course templates with real content. My questions is if you are planning to launch any template with real content on the topic of Technical service. Thinking it is partly like the courses you have in Customer service, but more of technical customer service where you as a technician meet the customer at site/or on the phone and will support him/solve problems he has with his technical parts in his production site.
Currently, there is no template with real content on the topic of Technical service. However, you can customize the existing templates to fit your needs. For example, you can modify the Customer Service Fundamentals or the Customer Communication Essentials templates to include technical scenarios and solutions. You can also add your lessons, videos, quizzes, and other interactive elements to make your course more engaging and relevant. Skyward FBISD
