text of matching Item not visible Jan 29, 2024 By NAW Berlin Team Hi, I have a client who uses a new mobile phone but can't see the text on the matching items in the quiz. When he uses his tablet it is visible but he can't finish the course using a mobile phone. Anybody an idea why its only a blank item?

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify the behavior you're experiencing. Is the course hosted on an LMS? What happens when the phone is rotated to landscape mode, does the text in the interaction still appear blank? Is the behavior happening on all available browsers on the phone? If the course is hosted on an LMS, try troubleshooting the behavior by uploading the course to a different LMS such as SCORM Cloud. This will help isolate if the issue is hosting-related. If you can observe the issue regardless of which platform your Rise 360 course is hosted in, please open a case with our support team here so we can test your course and figure out what's happening!
