Hi I am new in here but very exciting to use Rise and have already created a few courses. I am trying to make course into another language and am stuck.
I followed the instructions :
1. I made a duplicate copy first
2. I did the export which was successful to create the xliff file
3. I tried to do the free version of the translation and it is not doing anything?
It sounds like you're stuck using the Translation tool that is linked here in our Tutorial? What happens when you try to use that site? Are you able to add and choose the XLIFF file? Does the Start Translating button not work?
It's a 3rd party site, so you may want to reach out to them using the options listed at the bottom of that page. I'd also suggest trying a few different browsers and see if that helps.
If that page still isn't working for you, doing an internet search for "Online XLIFF Converter" brings up a bunch of other options that may work for you!
