Are you getting any errors when the upload fails? Have you reached out to SuccessFactors regarding this matter?
You can also try to test your course at SCORM Cloud and compare the results with your LMS. If you're able to upload it successfully in SCORM Cloud but not your LMS, you may need to open a support case with your LMS admin to investigate the issue. Should the issue persist, you can open a support case with us so that our engineers can have a look at your content.
