Uploading a Rise course to LMS

Hi,
I am trying to upload my first Rise course to the LMS. I have selected online course as the type of course but when I select the zip file, I am asked to select a file to be the starting point for the zip file. Can anyone help with this?

Hi Pam - I've seen a similar question asked here previously. Perhaps the tips/ideas shared there will assist or you could reach out to the user for further questions to see if they were able to overcome this.
