Hi Karl, this multi-update effort is exactly what we want to avoid :)
At the moment we create courses with iSpring Learn. Whenever you create a copy of a page (what is more or less the equivalent of a lesson) you are asked if you want to create a copy or a reference. Reduces updating effort to the minimum.

We also have a Lesson that appears in all of our Rise courses.
I'm not aware of a way of doing this.
We have copied this Lesson to all of our courses, meaning that if there is a change we need to manually update all the copies.
