Hello. I'm trying to upload an MP4 to Rise, but I'm always getting the Video Processing Loop. I've deleted/replaced the lesson twice to no avail. It's been almost an hour. Please advise.
Please try deleting the video block, then refreshing your Rise 360 browser window. Add the video to your lesson again, and let me know if it uploads successfully.
