I am having the same issue with a URL for content that was created by our faculty. It is publicly accessible, contains no special characters or spaces. It is no different than the other sessions I'm creating in Rise. Please help.

Try copy/pasting the iFrame code I shared above, and replace the URL with the URL to your online content. Let me know if that works for you!
