Hi there!

Are you uploading a translated file to the Rise course where you exported the XLIFF file from?

You can try clearing your cache and relaunching your browser to see if that would clear things up. You can also try a different supported browser and see if the behavior is still the same.

If you continue to encounter issues importing your translated file, I would suggest opening a case here so that our support engineers can have a look at what's happening.
