Hi does anyone have a step by step process of how to upload the rise course onto our own server after it has been exported out of Rise. Our IT dept was expecting one file and don't know what to do will all the little files it exports to. (i know they should right?)
If you open up the zip file produced when you export the course you will see a file called content. They need to upload the file called content on to the server. Then use the address of the index.html file as the link to open the course. Just like in Storyline you used to upload the storyline output folder and link to the story.html file
Just as another possibility is it possible to embed the rise course onto a
page instead of having it open on a new page - the information is sensitive
and they don't want people copying and pasting links to anyone outside the
business.
I think you could likely embed the content in a page via an iFrame (described a bit here) but that may ultimately affect the responsiveness of the Rise content when viewed on devices such as mobile phones and tablets.

If you export your Rise course for No LMS - Web Only and then unzip the file that is downloaded to your machine, you can upload the resulting folder to any web host. Here's a quick Peek at how I'd do that.
If you don't need to track learners' progress, the quickest way to share a Rise course is to simply send them a web link. Here's how:
Open the course from your Rise home page.
Click Share in the upper right corner of the screen and copy the shareable link.
Send the link to your learners.
If you want learners to view this course specifically on your website, using the No LMS—Web Only would allow you to export the Rise course and upload in your own environment.

Just a clarification, there's not a file called content. There's a folder called content.
In short, unzip the archive Rise produces and then put those files and folders on the web server, with the starting file being index.html.

Are there any additional ways to show this content if there is not an option for LMS or Iframe?
Trying to figure out how to surface this interactive module on a webpage...ideas? alternatives? other technologies?
