Thanks for the update Duane, I wasn't sure if Brian was subscribed to this thread so I have sent him an e-mail as I do not know what the resolution was last time
A while back we introduced a new moderation tool to the community forums. This was to help us battle a large amount of spammer accounts and posts we were seeing. It was extremely time-consuming to go through hundreds of posts and ban those accounts daily. Community members also had to take their own time out to report these threads to us. This tool now allows us to easily moderate the forums and keep spammers from reaching our community members.
The downside, however, is that some of the subscription options were broken after the changes. If you make a new response to a thread, you're no longer subscribed. It's best to try and resubscribe, to ensure you receive notifications of any additional responses.
We know it's a little tedious, but at the same time, it's far better than seeing the spam posts.

You are not alone! I don't get any results searching either.
Nothing either.
Yes. Happening to me, too. I was wondering what was up, but I'm under a deadline and too stressed to even stop to ask the question.
Thanks for asking so I know it's not just me.
Martha. You could search through the site on Google if your in a pinch. That's what I'm resorting to.
In Google type in your search and then type site://articulate.com
Thanks, John. That's a great idea!
Thanks , we're investigating!
Hi all,
We found the issue and have fixed it. Please let me know if you continue to have problems.
Thanks!
Brian, looks like the problem may be back...

It appears to be broken again - my coworkers and I are receiving the same error response as last time.
Me, too...

Thanks, Erika.
And BTW, when I reply to a post, Subscribe to Replies gets turned off, so I have to remember to check again every time. Just me or do others see this?
Hi there Carrie,

I hope this helps! :)
