I have a client who is using screenr videos in her training course, which she inserted as a web object. The problem is that for some users the video is not visible - they see the video placeholder slide. Also the attachments are not available. Any ideas? They want to go live next week, so any help is appreciated!
In testing I've been able to duplicate the problem on Windows 7 using Internet Explorer. All other browsers work fine (Chrome, Firefox, Safari). Is there anything that can be done to get the screenr video to play in IE?
It definitely sounds like there's some kind of browser security issue preventing the web objects and attachments from opening in IE. This article discusses common reasons and solutions for getting it resolved. And if you're still having trouble, you're welcome to open a ticket with our support team for additional help. Thanks!

Thanks for the info Peter. I'll have a look at the security settings to see if it resolves the issue.
