Can you give more details about what you're experiencing? What specifically about the annotations is not working? Any error messages? Thanks for the info!
When I'm trying to put the annotations they don't show in the screen...
But when i preview the presentation they are all there... So I can still use them as long I'm very careful because in the add annotations screen they don't show...
Thanks for the additional info, Jose. I'd recommend sending us your files so our support engineers can take a closer look, and they'll be happy to work with you to find a solution. If you'd like to do that, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09, which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so I can follow up with you personally in the forums. Thanks!
