Annotations not working

Hello

I have installed the demo version of snap!empower to trie it but shortly after annotations stopped working.

I have already unistalled it but still doesn't work...

Any ideas

Well...

It's very weird...
When I'm trying to put the annotations they don't show in the screen...
But when i preview the presentation they are all there... So I can still use them as long I'm very careful because in the add annotations screen they don't show...
No error messages!
I don't know if it was clear enough...

Thanks for the additional info, Jose. I'd recommend sending us your files so our support engineers can take a closer look, and they'll be happy to work with you to find a solution.
