AP6.exe error

Hi there, I can't open Engage anymore, I'm getting an error message that I need to download Flash player and after that that AP6.exe program is not working anymore. I already have Flash installed and I can see videos on Firefox and Chrome, but for some reason Explorer is not allowing me anymore. It might be linked to this. Our IT could not help.
