I am facing an issue in Articulate 09 in my machine, bookmarking is not working if I publish the project from my system same file if I publish from other system it is working.
I have attached the settings screen shot, please do have a look at the same.
I see you've been working in a support case (00769961) with our support engineer Renato. Have you received his email to you? Sometimes they may be filtered to a spam/junk box. I would suggest following the troubleshooting instructions he sent you. If those don't resolve the issue, Renato also sent instructions on how to upload your project files to him for further investigation so he can get this resolved as quickly as possible for you.
