Articulate not working after updating to latest version
Mar 09, 2015
I'm a professor getting ready for an upcoming course for which I have some Articulate narrated lectures. I've been inactive with Articulate for the past year. Today I updated my install to the latest version (Update 5 1412.920) on my Windows 7/PowerPoint 2013 setup, planning to sweep through a set of 24 narrated lectures to publish a new version of each to support student access with Android devices. Install went fine. After a machine restart, I opened one of my PowerPoint lecture files, and clicked Publish. The mouse pointer icon flickers with a blue circle appearing, as if it's starting to do something but then the flicker ends and nothing happens. The same mouse pointer icon flicker occurs for all other Articulate options. I closed and reopened PowerPoint and tried again with a blank PowerPoint document. Same issue.
I'm stuck for now. Any suggestions?

Hi Peter,
I'm sorry to hear about the odd behavior with your Presenter set up - I'd want to first confirm that you're publishing to a local drive as described here and something may have occurred during the install, so it's worth going through the repair steps here just to be sure.
