Articulate Presenter 09 module will not play in Saba LMS

Hi

I'm having trouble with a module produced in Articulate Presenter 09. It loads but will not play and I see the  below error message

 

 i've tried the fix suggested by the following but with no success.

I'm publishing and zipping my files as I've always done for Saba - but suddenly this problem.

 

Any ideas/inspiration before I ask Saba
